To cater to any untoward incident on the road, your Mercedes can be covered by a Mobilo on-road assistance feature, which provides round-the-clock assistance for any eventuality, such as an accident or breakdown.

Mobilo, Mobilo Plus and Mobilo Lite* are customer centric service initiatives designed to enhance your overall Mercedes-Benz ownership experience through 24 hour on-road assistance emergency support, over 900 locations across India.

The Mobilo assistance feature comes bundled with your car and is free of cost for the first three years. Mobilo Plus can be purchased from 4th year up to 8 years at a nominal price.

Mobilo Lite* is applicable post the completion of 3 years of ownership on complimentary basis, applicable for a period of 1 year from completion of periodic service at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Our Roadside Assistance line is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Applicable anywhere in India and is not valid if you are already at an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership. In case the vehicle can be repaired on the road itself, a technician will attend and restore it.

Customer/s Covered – This includes the owner (or the driver) and all passengers travelling in the vehicle during the time emergency assistance was requested. The said vehicle can carry maximum passengers it is legally allowed to carry.

Assistance Cover:

•    Mechanical, electrical or accidental breakdown
•    Driver errors
•    Battery problems such as flat battery
•    Fuel problems such as out of fuel or contaminated fuel
•    Key problems such as locked, lost, or broken keys
•    Tyre problems such as punctures, bolts, or valve-related
•    Immobilized vehicle due to a road accident
•    Legal advice in event of an accident (One consultation for a max period of one hour)
•    Medical coordination (Medical service costs to be borne by the customer)
